Quiet Days.
Would you like an opportunity to get away from your usual environment and day to day pressures, with time to relax and reflect and perhaps have a complementary therapy? If so, you would be very welcome at one of our Quiet Days.

 		    
 

These take place once a month at The Lodge on the Third Thursday of the month (see Drop-In times above). We also have occasional Quiet Days at the AMIDA Trust Buddhist House in Narborough www.amidatrust.com  and at Launde Abbey in East Norton, Leicestershire. See News and Events for dates.
