What is "faith in people with HIV" ?

We are a registered charity offering pastoral and spiritual support to people affected by HIV in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Meet the Team

We work with people of all religious faiths and with those who have no religious beliefs.

We understand the term "spiritual" to mean the wider aspects of emotional and physical well being.
The project is managed by the Bishop of Leicester's Chaplain for people affected by HIV.
The service is open to anyone who is living with HIV or affected by it (e.g. partner, family, carer) irrespective of background, culture, beliefs, ethnicity, sexuality, age or disability.
Our service is confidential and we respect the rights of people affected by HIV at all times.
We also help raise the awareness of HIV in faith communities and other groups.  We seek to foster understanding and to break down barriers of stigma and discrimination.
We hope you will find this website useful. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like more information.
